Another new Purple Cauliflower

The top one looks a little funny compared to the one on the bottom but it is beautiful too! I ate the one on the bottom already and I just steamed it and ate it...the taste was wonderful...the same as a regualr white cauliflower!

A change of color!

I had posted an earlier picture of this one while it was green....it is now ready to eat! 

Something new!

The purple ruffle basil in my garden is doing wonderful.  I can't help but rub my fingers across it when I walk by and just take a deep breath.  Such a wonderful smell.  A bit stronger than the traditional basil you find everywhere.

Spring break harvests

The Lemon tomato turns yellow when it's ripe and is slightly sweeter than a red tomato.

              The nasturiums can be added to your salad to offer a peppery taste. 

                               One lone fig almost ready to be picked!
